Please contact me if you are in any way unhappy with your order and I'll be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Please note, while my flowers are much sturdier than you would think, due to the postal service they have to endure, occasionally products will arrive damaged. If this is the case please get in touch and I will have a replacement sent out.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
